Born in the small town of Silver Creek located in eastern Lawrence County,  Mississippi, Shawn C. Mackey is the embodiment of the saying, "Out of small beginnings, great things are possible."

Shawn is no stranger to sacrifice and dedication and learned his work ethic and drive from working hot summers hauling pulpwood. He stands firm in his belief that not only does hard work pay off but it is a prerequisite for anyone hoping to have a positive impact in the world.
